Cheap Power/Cheap Promises
Daniel Sims wrote the history of the impacts of WAC Bennet’s vision had on the area First Nations in “Dam Bennet, The Impacts of the WAC Bennet Dam and Williston Lake.” Too often, the promises made when building major projects that everything will be done properly, but then they are not….the result being that those impacted have even less trust in government. Is it any wonder that those living in rural and remote BC have little trust in government?
